I had the pleasure to hire Pete through my party planner and can’t rave enough about the incredible outcome of my event. My theme was a “Spring Dinner” and food was a top priority. Pete handled my discriminating guests with the upmost perfectionism to detail and quality.  His creations are not only made of the best ingredients but one can literally taste the love he put’s into his menus. We had a variety of color, diverse tastes for every tastebud and different texture combined with visual beauty. Apart from his enormous talent as a Chef, Pete has an engaging, caring and attentive personality and I couldn’t have been matched with a better Chef for my event. There won’t be another one without him in the future, I would rather re-schedule the date of my event than changing the Chef.
